Hi, I’m Kerri

I’m an Osteopath, Clinical Pilates instructor, and educator with a passion for helping people better understand their body and move with confidence.

I work with people experiencing pain, injury, persistent symptoms, and long-term conditions, supporting them through personalised care, movement, and education.

My approach

I believe you don’t need to have everything figured out before seeking support.

Together, we’ll explore what’s happening, understand your options, and find the approach that’s right for you.

Whether you’re looking for treatment, rehabilitation, movement support, or simply aren’t sure where to start, I’d be delighted to help.
