I’m an Osteopath, Clinical Pilates instructor, and educator with a passion for helping people better understand their body and move with confidence.

I work with people experiencing pain, injury, persistent symptoms, and long-term conditions, supporting them through personalised care, movement, and education.

Together, we’ll explore what’s happening, understand your options, and find the approach that’s right for you.
