From London Road (A417): turn into Toadsmoor Road. Almost immediately on your left is Knapp Lane, across this road is a red brick wall the entrance to Lewiston Mill (red brick buildings - an old mill converted to offices, immediately before brand new housing/flats).
Cross Knapp Lane, and go through the entrance in the brick wall to enter Lewiston Mill (there a small green sign on right "Lewiston Mills 19-26"). The Invivo office will be directly ahead of you.
Keep left and use any of the spaces on your right, marked "V". Look for Physiotherapy 3 - it is the building directly in front of you (10 Plant House). Take a seat in reception, by the front door and I'll collect you.
Bus Stop - Route 67, a short walk on London Road by the Toadsmoor Road junction, and directly opposite Lewiston Mill on Toadsmoor Road.
